Q. Do you share information with anyone outside Mater Dei Imports/The Ferralli Group?
A. No. All information you provide remains confidential. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone at any time for any reason. If you have any concerns regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Statement or call us at 800-442-2548 or 814-864-2548.

Q. Do you maintain a mailing list or newsletter?
A. Yes. Many customers have asked to remain on our email/mailing list to receive notification of updates, sales, and pertinent information. Our correspondance always includes an opportunity to opt-out of further mailings and we make every effort to honor such requests. Again, this information is not shared with any other entity.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Ordinarily, we ship within the US only. If you have a special shipping need, please contact us.

Q. What methods of payment are accepted?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayByCheck, PayPal, Cashier's Check and Money Order. All payments must be in U.S. currency.

Q. Why is The Ferralli Group referenced on my credit card statement?
A. Mater Dei Imports is a division of The Ferralli Group. Credit card transactions for both companies are processed through The Ferralli Group. Please contact us if you have any questions in this regard. Again, no information is shared outside our company.

Q. How do you ship products?
A. Most products are shipped by Fedex Ground service, DHL or USPS. Products that are in stock can be shipped by special service such as next day, 2nd day etc. by contacting us directly at (800) 442-2548. The additional cost will be added to your charge.

Q. When will you ship my order?
In stock orders are shipped the next business day. We will advise you regarding special orders or items not in stock.

Q. What do I do about products that arrive damaged?
A. We are committed to providing excellent products and we pack them well before they leave our facility. If damage occurs in transit, please contact the carrier and process a damage claim. If there are manufacturing defects please call us immediately to discuss the problem. We will work with you to the best of our ability to resolve the difficulty. In any case, we would appreciate hearing from you.

Q. Why does the product I received look slightly different from the picture shown?
Due to variations in monitor resolution and computer settings, the product we ship to you may look slightly different from what is pictured. Also, because many of our products are hand-crafted there may be small inconsistencies between each piece. These "inconsistencies" should not be considered "defects", but unique "one of a kind" pieces.

Q. Do you provide items other than those that appear on your web site?
A. Yes. Special orders are our specialty. We have access to literally thousands of products from all over the world. Please call or email us with your special needs. We will be very happy to work with you.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. Software, books, audio and video tapes, CD's, DVDs, clothing, special order items and seasonal & clearance items are non-returnable. Other products may be returned for MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY which may be applied to future purchases under the following guidelines:

1. Contact us within 7 days to discuss the problem.
2. Obtain a return authorization number from us by calling (800) 442-2548; this number must appear on return shipping label;
3. Return products within 10 days of receipt with invoice/packing list and return authorization;
4. Products must be received by us in saleable condition and in original undamaged packaging; otherwise, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. PLEASE NOTE: Any products returned without a return authorization number will be refused.
