A. Yes. Many customers have asked to remain on our email/mailing
list to receive notification of updates, sales, and pertinent information.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Ordinarily, we ship within the US only. If you have a special

Q. What methods of payment are accepted?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayByCheck,

Q. How do you ship products?
A. Most products are shipped by Fedex Ground service, DHL or USPS.
Products that are in stock can be shipped by special service such
as next day, 2nd day etc. by contacting us directly at (800) 442-2548.
The additional cost will be added to your charge.
Q. When will you ship my order?
In stock orders are shipped the next business day. We will advise
you regarding special orders or items not in stock.
Q. What do I do about products that arrive damaged?
A. We are committed to providing excellent products and we pack
them well before they leave our facility. If damage occurs in transit,
please contact the carrier and process a damage claim. If there
are manufacturing defects please call us immediately to discuss
the problem. We will work with you to the best of our ability to
resolve the difficulty. In any case, we would appreciate hearing
Q. Why does the product I received look slightly
different from the picture shown?
Due to variations in monitor resolution and computer settings,
the product we ship to you may look slightly different from what
is pictured. Also, because many of our products are hand-crafted
there may be small inconsistencies between each piece. These "inconsistencies"
should not be considered "defects", but unique "one
of a kind" pieces.
Q. Do you provide items other than those that appear
on your web site?
A. Yes. Special orders are our specialty. We have access to literally
thousands of products from all over the world. Please call or email
us with your special needs. We will be very happy to work with you.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. Software, books, audio and video tapes, CD's, DVDs, clothing,
special order items and seasonal & clearance items are non-returnable.
Other products may be returned for MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY which
may be applied to future purchases under the following guidelines:
